L’Azienda_La tradizione
Conegliano Serramenti S.r.l. nasce nel 1977 come azienda a carattere artigianale per la produzione
di cancelletti estensibili, si evolve pochi anni dopo introducendo nel ciclo produttivo macchinari
capaci di velocizzare la produzione.
Oggi, grazie ad una continua trasformazione, è in grado di offrire una vasta gamma di prodotti e
servizi.

Conegliano Serramenti S.r.l. was first established in 1977 as a craft enterprise for the production of
extensible gates. In a few years it grew introducing the latest technology in order to speed up the
production and to make more products with the highest quality.

La grata di sicurezza snodata offre la possibilità di
aprirsi e chiudersi ruotando all’interno o all’esterno del
locale a sormonto di una persiana ad ovaline o di un
balcone cieco. Il raccordo girevole autobloccante, a
scomparsa e brevettato, dona alla grata un aspetto
sobrio e pulito oltre alla rigidità di una classica
inferriata a battente. L’apertura è resa possibile dal
sormonto del serramento e va ad integrarsi
perfettamente nel contesto degli infissi. I telai vengono
costruiti per ogni singola situazione; l’installazione ed il
fissaggio sono semplici e veloci per mezzo di appositi
compensatori che ne garantiscono nel contempo una
buona sicurezza ed una gradevole estetica.
The articulated door and window grille can open
inward and/or outward, partially as a first opening (90)
and fully as a second opening (180).
In the second case, it can overlap, for instance, a
shutter. This allows the perfect integration with the
existing system of shutters. The patented, self-locking
and revolving junction is hidden and gives a clean and
sober appearance to the grille, combined with the
strength of a classic non-articulated grille. The frames
are customized according to the customer’s needs.
The installation is quite simple and quick. If required,
the use of special side profiles for adjusting the
inequality of the walling keeps the aesthetic and safety
characteristics of the door unchanged, as well as of
the window grille.

GRATA DI SICUREZZA SNODATA
Costruita con tubolare di sezione 60/30 e cerniere
integrate nel profilo con perno di blocco per la
serie T e senza per la Serie S. Serratura nascosta
sul profilo a 2 punti di chiusura (sotto/sopra) con
doppio perno di mandata ad anta con comando a
maniglia e mezzo cilindro di sicurezza (interno).
ARTICULATED SECURITY GATE
Made of profile with section 60/30 and integrated
hinges with locking pin for the T model, or without
locking pin for the S model. The 2-locking points
profile (lower / upper) includes a hidden lock with
two key turns with handle control and half security
cylinder (internal).
GRATA DI SICUREZZA A BATTENTE
Costruita con tubolare di sezione 60/30 e cerniere
integrate nel profilo con possibilità di apertura
interna/esterna ed a 180° con cerniere ad ali
prolungate. Serratura nascosta sul profilo a 2 punti
di chiusura (sotto/sopra) con doppio perno di
mandata ad anta con comando a maniglia e
mezzo cilindro di sicurezza (interno).
SECURITY SWING DOOR
Made of profile with section 60/30 and integrated
hinges with inward/outward opening and 180°
opening with long-wing hinges. The 2-locking
points profile (lower / upper) includes a hidden
lock with two key turns with handle control and
half security cylinder (internal).
FIXED WINDOW GRILL
Made of profile with section 60/30 (without
hinges).

Costruita con tubolare di sezione 60/30 (senza
cerniere).
MANTO
La sicurezza ed il disegno decorativo della grata
sono affidati al pannello interno costruito a griglia
parziale con barre tonde/quadre piene da 14mm e
piatto orizzontale da 30x6mm. con fori passanti a
passo 140mm ca. Per il modello Indra vi sono in
aggiunta borchie tonde/quadre h. 38mm. Per il
modello Talia dei cerchi realizzati in piatto da
14x3mm. Il tutto interamente zincato e verniciato a
fuoco con polveri poliuretaniche per uso esterno
resistenti agli agenti atmosferici.
MANTLE
The safety and design of security gates are
entrusted to the internal panel built in partial grid
with round/square full bars of 14mm and 30x6mm
horizontal plate. with through holes with pitch
140mm. As regards the Indra model, round /
square bosses of 38mm height may be included.
As regards Talia model, circles made of 14x3mm
plate are available. The security gates are entirely
galvanized and powder coated for outdoor use
with resistance to atmospheric agents.

La serratura meccanica ad infilare mediante la
rotazione della maniglia ribassata, comanda i due i
2 puntali antitaglio diametro 16 mm con corsa 30
mm. Su questo modello di grata, volutamente la
serratura non è dotata di gancio centrale in quanto,
nei tentativi di scasso delle tradizionali grate, è
risultato essere il punto di attacco più debole. Il
cilindro di sicurezza antitrapano di serie è dotato di
chiave da cantiere per la posa in opera
(opportunamente contraddistinta da bollino rosso)
e da 3 chiavi padronali + card per la duplicazione,
accuratamente preservate in busta sigillata. Di serie
vengono forniti cilindri unificati. L’inserimento delle
chiavi padronali annulla automaticamente il
funzionamento delle chiavi da cantiere.
The mechanical injection lock, by turning the
lowered handle, controls both the 2 anti-cut push
rods with diameter 16 mm and size 30 mm . As
regards this security gate model, the lock is not
provided with central hook since, in burglary
attempts against traditional gratings, it turned out
to be the weaker point. The standard anti-drill lock
cylinder is equipped with construction key for the
installation (suitably marked by red dot ) and with 3
master keys + card for duplication, carefully
preserved in a sealed envelope. Standard cylinders
are provided unified. The inclusion of master keys
automatically replace the operation of the
construction keys.

THE SECURITY GATES provide an array of attractive and effectiveness solutions for private
buildings and commercial sectors. A drawing, although simple, speaks about the love for custommade security grilles. The elegance and the refinement of these artefacts are in harmony with their
robust and solid structure. The hammered iron and the sharp contrast of the light and dark of
the painting, create a pleasant antique and warm environment.
