1.La guarnizione deve essere inserita sulla lastra
per tutto il suo perimetro.
Apply the gasket along the whole perimeter
of the pane.
2.In corrispondenza degli angoli della lastra
si fa un’incisione sulla guarnizione.
Incise the gasket at each corner of the pane.
Particolare dell’angolo
Questo sistema presenta vari vantaggi:
•Velocizza il lavoro: non è necessario tagliare quattro
pezzi di guarnizione per completare il perimetro della
lastra;
•Ottimizza la tenuta dell’acqua in quanto anche gli
angoli sono perfettamente sigillati;
•Migliora l’estetica dando continuità in tutto il perimetro
della lastra.
Corner detail
This installation system offers you several advantages:
•It speeds up your work: you don’t have to cut four
pieces of gaskets to complete the pane perimeter;
•A very good water-sealing is obtained because the
four corners of the pane are also perfectly sealed;
•The pane look better without gasket interruptions
along the pane perimeter.

3.Terminata l’applicazione, la guarnizione
rimane ancorata alla lastra e si potrà
procedere
all’inserimento
dei
profili
d’alluminio.
By applying the gasket in this way it will be
anchored to the pane and the aluminium
profiles can be immediately installed.
Sezione della cava del profilo
•Questa è la forma ideale dell’alluminio per poter
utilizzare una guarnizione della serie “U”;
• La zigrinatura della parte interna della cava consente
l’ancoraggio della guarnizione.

Rispetto al silicone: Velocizza la produzione eliminando i tempi necessari
a far asciugare il silicone. Con la guarnizione una volta avvitati i profili in
alluminio si può già procedere all’imballo, creando così una catena di
montaggio completa.
Rispetto ad altre guarnizione fermavetro: Dà molta solidità anche a
strutture leggere e permette di ridurre il magazzino dell’alluminio in quanto
in una stessa cava, cambiando le dimensioni della guarnizione, si possono
utilizzare lastre di vario spessore.

Series “U” pane holding gaskets, after installing the aluminium profiles you
can immediately start packing the product and a real assembly line is created.
Compared with other pane holding gaskets: Series “U” pane holding
gaskets make light frames solid and allow you to reduce your aluminium
stocks, since panes with different thickness can be installed in the same
profile seat by simply changing the gasket.
