Thanks to the super effect propeller, the number of cleaning
reduced in consisting way and
in the same way reduced the
labour and water saving. That
it is obtained by means of a
propeller patented placed to
the base of the cartridge (in
stainless steel) turned out of a
careful study of drawing and
hydraulic mechanics. Its deflecting fins create to the water
that enters in the filter a helical effect, that it in such a way
moves particles in suspension
against the walls of the cover,
maintaining them far from the
filtering element and reducing
the frequency of the cleaning.
Pressure max. 10 bars. The
body of the filter is realized in
reinforced polyamide. Equipped Gigant a practical collar of
closing realized in stainless AISI
316 and-gaskets for a perfect
watertight are in NBR.
Grazie all’effetto SUPERELICA, il numero di pulizie si riduce
in modo consistente, massimizzando il risparmio d’acqua e
di manodopera!!
Ciò si ottiene mediante un’elica brevettata collocata alla base della
cartuccia (in acciaio inox), risultato di un attento studio di disegno
e meccanica idraulica. Le sue alette deflettrici creano all’acqua che
entra nel filtro un effetto elicoidale, che sposta le particelle in sospensione contro le pareti del coperchio, mantenendole lontane
dall’elemento filtrante e riducendo in tal modo al minimo la frequenza delle pulizie. Pressione MAX: 10 bar. Il corpo del filtro è
realizzato in poliammide rinforzata. Gigant è dotato di un pratico
collare di chiusura realizzato in acciaio inox AISI 316 e le guarnizioni
per la perfetta tenuta idraulica sono in NBR.

Lo stesso flusso di acqua in ingresso provvede alla pulizia dell’elemento filtrante che avviene grazie ad un
disco di accellerazione con 6 fori direzionali (aperture)
che creano un movimento centrifugo dell’acqua.
Le particelle filtrate pertanto saranno forzate verso
l’esterno della camera filtrante in acciaio inox e fatte
depositare in una cella di raccolta sul fondo del filtro
per poi essere scaricate. La minima portata raccomandata si ottiene chiudendo una o più aperture del
disco di accelerazione con un parzializzatore (tappo)
compreso nella fornitura. Il modello da 6” è dotato
di un prefiltro (separatore di pietre) per trattenere le
particelle di elevate dimensioni.
Tutti i filtri hanno la possibilità di rendere automatico lo scarico tramite una centralina di comando ed una elettrovalvola.
I filtri a rete a circolazione serie 300 sono pensati per
piccole, medie e grandi installazioni in industria e
agricoltura. Indicato dove siano necessarie frequenti
operazioni di pulizia.
Realizzati con strato protettivo da 130 micron di poliestere applicato elettrostaticamente. In precedenza i
filtri subiscono un trattamento di fosfatazione, come
ulteriore protezione anticorrosione.

The same water flow in entrance supplies to the cleaning
of the leaking element that it
happens thanks to a disc of
acceleration with 6 directional holes (openings) that they
create a centrifugal movement
of the water. The filtered particles therefore will be forced
towards the outside of the
room leaking in stainless steel
and made to deposit then in a
cell of collection on the bottom
of the filter for being unloaded. The minimal capacity it is
obtained closing one or more
openings of the disc of acceleration with one or more stoppers comprised in the supply.
The model from 6” is equipped
of a special filter (to separate
stones) in order to withhold
particles of high dimensions.
Filters screen of circulation series 300 are thinking for medium
small and great installations in
industry and agriculture indicated where frequent operations
of cleaning are necessary. It realizes with one protective coat
(130 microns) of polyester applied electrostatics. Previously
the filters endure a treatment
of phosphate, like ulterior anticorrosion protection. STAINLESS STEEL CARTRIDGE 130
micron.
Le portate indicate si riferiscono ad acqua pulita e filtrazione 120 microns.

filteR with brush
The self-cleaning screen filter
with brush is particularly suitable to the filtration of water
with small and medium quantity of suspended sand. Inside
the cartridge there is a punched spiral plate, adjustable.
When the water pass through
it creates a whirling flow, whose turbolent action prevents
the accumulation of impurities
on the filtering cartridge.
For a faster cleaning, the filters
have also an internal brush with
a starting handle on the lid to
allow the cleaning of the screen without disassembling it.
• Max working pressure: 8 bar
• Body: sanded metal and treated with zinc phosphate and
following electrostatic application of epoxy-polyester painted
layer of 120-160 micron with
a protective and anticorrosive
function.
• Cartridge: stainless steel aisi
304 + polyester screen
• Gaskets: EPDM
• Connenctions: female thread
BSP - flanged - victaulic.
The filter is supplied with a
standard 120 mesh screen.
Other filtering grades are available on request (see table).
Il filtro a rete, autopulente con spazzola è particolarmente adatto per la filtrazione di acque con piccole
e medie quantità di sabbia in sospensione. All’interno della cartuccia è alloggiata una piastra forata
elicoidale, regolabile, che attraversata dall’acqua,
crea un flusso vorticoso la cui azione turbolenta impedisce alle impurità di ammassarsi sulla cartuccia
filtrante.
Per una pulizia più veloce il filtro è anche dotato di
una spazzola interna azionata da una manovella posizionata sul coperchio che consente di pulire la rete
filtrante senza dover smontare il filtro.

• Corpo: in metallo sabbiato e trattato con zinco
fosfato e successiva applicazione elettrostatica di
uno strato di vernice epoxy-poliestere di 120-160
micron con funzione protettiva e anticorrosiva.

elettronica digitale con elettrovalvola a membrana per
lo scarico programmato de filtri Euroacque.
Timerwash comprende una centralina elettronica digitale dotata di programma variabile per automatizzare
lo scarico dei filtri, cavi di collegamento ed elettrovalvola e membrana. Si applica a tutti i filtri Euroacque.
La versione Timerwash/DP include sia lavaggio programmabile a tempo che a differenziale di pressione.
