REGGISELLA KINGPIN
KINGPIN seatpost
Dedacciai ha sviluppato un nuovo tipo di reggisella denominato Kingpin. L’innovazione
principale è la possibilità di ottenere una microregolazione su di un reggisella integrato
con sezione aerodinamica al serraggio. Tale microregolazione è stata ottenuta mediante
l’utilizzo di una cerniera, posizionata nella parte frontale del reggisella, e l’utilizzo di una
vite di sostegno nella parte posteriore. Il sistema a cerniera è stato progettato in modo
da poter essere facilmente sottoposto a manutenzione dall’utente finale del prodotto. Di
seguito alcune caratteristiche del reggisella:
- sezione aerodinamica al serraggio sul tubo sella;
- peso: circa 190g;
- perno principale: diametro 10 mm, materiale acciaio inox;
- vite di regolazione e sostegno posteriore: diametro 12 mm, materiale acciaio inox;
- serraggio mediante una sola vite;
- regolazione massima in altezza 20 mm;
- possibilità di microregolazione;
- arretramento: 23 mm.
Dedacciai has developped a new kind of integrated seatpost called KINGPIN.
The new main feature regards the possibility to have a micro-regolation system on an
integrated seatpost with an aerodynamic section at the clamping on the seat tube. Such
a micro-regolation has been obtained through a hinge placed in the front side of the
seatpost and a retaining screw in the back side.
The hinge system has been studied in order to be as simple as possible and in order to be
easily maintened by the final customer. below some features of the seatpost:
