A NEW GROUP OF 50 STUDENTS
(EVEN THOSE WHO HAVE NOT TAKEN THE TEST IN SEPTEMBER)
WILL BE ABLE TO ENROLL IN THE FIRST YEAR OF CLABE
(early registration from 14th of October 2014)
(the selection will be based on personal interview and cv)
 A new call for application will soon be issued for a new group of 50 students for
CLABE (30 residents in Latin America and 20 students who are residents out
of Latin America), who will be included in a new international track:
o First year in the Buenos Aires branch of the University of Bologna,
to follow an intensive programme of courses of 7 months, (from
February to the end of August/first week of September 2014)
o Second year of courses in Bologna (joining the courses of CLABE
in Bologna)
o Third year of courses: each student can choose to take the courses
in Bologna (or Erasmus or Overseas according to specific calls) or
in Buenos Aires.
 Since the courses for the first year in Buenos Aires are mainly in Spanish (in
two cases in English), before the beginning of the courses in Buenos Aires
(before 17th of February 2014) students must reach a level of Spanish and
English at least basic (corresponding to a A2) and so sufficient to start the
programme of lectures and then improve it in Buenos Aires.
 The schedule is the following:
o Before january 2014: learning to reach a level of Spanish and English at
least basic (corresponding to a A2) and so sufficient to start the
programme of lectures and then improve it in Buenos Aires; preparatory
readings to the courses.
o 17th of February 2014: beginning of lectures in Buenos Aires
o First week of September 2014: end of the Buenos Aires intensive
program (courses and exams)
o Second half of September 2014: beginning of lectures for the second
year in Bologna
 Price for the admission to the intensive program in Buenos Aires is 1800
euro.

This program was planned to form, from the beginning of the first year, an
international class of people coming from Europe and Latin America.
Through this program, residents in Latin America who finish the secondary school in
December (2013), will be able to start Italian university courses without waiting until
September (2014).
European residents, who finished the secondary school in July 2013, before the
beginning of the lectures (on the 17th of February 2014), will have time to prepare for
that program with preparatory readings and studying/revising foreign languages
(Spanish and English).
By attending the Buenos Aires intensive program of courses and exams and using
for that also the months of June, July and August 2014 (months that are usually not
months for lectures) it will be possible for the students to complete and obtain 60
ECTS credits, in the period of time February –August 2014, and start the second
year of courses in Bologna, from the second half of September 2014, having already
done an international experience in Buenos Aires, important for the cv and for the
business studies.
Study plan
Courses that will be offered in Buenos Aires have the same content of those of the
CLABE courses offered in Italy. The courses that are offered in the Spanish
language will be taught by instructors native speakers who are professors at the
Buenos Aires branch of the University of Bologna.
To allow students the option to go on with studies in Bologna in the second year
undergraduate courses in "Political, Social and International Sciences”, or in
"International Relations and Diplomacy” , the curriculum developed in the period from
February to August 2014 in Buenos Aires includes the undergraduate courses from
the first year of CLABE (except Accounting and Principles of Law, that in the normal
study plan of CLABE would be as well in the first year) plus the anticipation of two
second year courses of CLABE (Statistics and Macroeconomics): all these courses
are valid to get access to the second year not only of CLABE but also of the two
courses of studies in "Political, Social and International Sciences”, and in
"International Relations and Diplomacy”.
The student who wants to go on with CLABE at the second year from September
2014 will have already followed Statistics and Macroeconomics (that in the normal
CLABE study plan would have been in the second year), and the two equivalent (in
terms of workload) courses of Accounting and Principles of Law will be attended in
the second year.

 Prossimamente uscirà il bando per un ulteriore gruppo di 50 studenti CLABE (fino a 20
posti per non residenti in america latina), che svolgerà un programma internazionale
completamente nuovo:
o il primo anno di corso a Buenos Aires, con un programma intensivo di 7 mesi,
presso la sede dell’Università di Bologna in Argentina (feb-agosto 2014)
o il secondo anno di corso a Bologna
o e il terzo anno di corso a Bologna (o Erasmus o Overseas secondo bandi
relativi) o a Buenos Aires, a scelta dello studente.
 Poiché gli insegnamenti svolti a Buenos Aires nel primo anno di corso sono
prevalentemente in spagnolo (in alcuni casi in inglese), nel tempo (entro metà
febbraio 2014) che precede l’inizio dei corsi lo studente deve ottenere un livello
linguistico almeno basico (A2) e quindi sufficiente come introduzione nel programma
e per comprendere le lezioni
 Il calendario è il seguente:
o entro fine gennaio 2014: apprendimento, ad un livello sufficiente, di spagnolo e
inglese e letture propedeutiche ai corsi
o 17 febbraio 2014: inizio delle lezioni a Buenos Aires
o Prima settimana di settembre 2014: termine del periodo intensivo di lezioni ed
esami a Buenos Aires
o seconda metà di settembre 2014: inizio lezioni del secondo anno
 Il costo di iscrizione a questo primo anno di corso di laurea svolto a Buenos Aires è
di 1800 euro.

Questo programma è stato progettato per formare un’aula di europei e latinoamericani fin
dal primo anno; in tal modo i latinoamericani, terminando la scuola superiore in dicembre,
possono accedere all’università italiana senza aspettare il settembre successivo, mentre gli
europei hanno il tempo, entro l’inizio delle lezioni di metà febbraio, di prepararsi al periodo
con letture propedeutiche e con lo studio della lingua spagnola (e inglese).
Svolgendo il programma di lezioni ed esami in maniera intensiva e utilizzando anche i mesi
di giugno, luglio e agosto 2014, che normalmente non sono mesi di lezioni in Italia, è
possibile per gli studenti, nel periodo febbraio-agosto 2014, completare un programma per
60 crediti didattici e quindi presentarsi all’inizio del secondo anno, a settembre 2014 in pari
con gli esami, avendo in più già svolto una esperienza all’estero di grande rilievo per il
proprio curriculum e la propria formazione.
Il piano di studi
I corsi che saranno svolti a Buenos Aires sono analoghi, come contenuto, a corsi del CLABE
svolto in Italia. I corsi in lingua spagnola sono svolti prevalentemente dai docenti
madrelingua della sede di Buenos Aires dell’Università di Bologna.
Per consentire anche a studenti che volessero poi proseguire a Bologna al secondo anno in
corsi di laurea di “Scienze Politiche sociali e internazionali, o a Forlì in “Scienze Internazionali
e diplomatiche, il piano di studi sviluppato nel periodo febbraio – agosto 2014 a Buenos
Aires prevede quasi tutti i corsi di i corsi di primo anno CLABE (salvo Accounting e Principles
of Law) e in più l’anticipazione due insegnamenti di secondo anno del CLABE (Statistica e
Macroeconomia). Semplicemente, lo studente CLABE da settembre 2014 avrà già svolto i
due insegnamenti suddetti, Statistica e Macroeconomia, che nel piano di studi ordinario del
CLABE sono di norma al secondo anno, e dovrà invece ancora svolgere i due seguenti del
primo anno, Accounting e Principles of Law, equivalenti come numero di crediti didattici.
