Trancia e rivolta punte
L'unità R005 è una macchina appositamente realizzata per effettuare il taglio delle punte dei colli
e per eseguire in successione il risvolto del collo della camicia.
Il taglio è affidato a due lame indipendenti di cui è possibile regolare l'inclinazione; è quindi possibile variare l'angolo di taglio senza dover effettuare sostituzioni di fustelle o dime.
Il funzionamento della macchina è elettropneumatico; le fasi del ciclo sono gestite da un controllore logico programmabile (PLC).

SERIES R005
Collar trimming and turning
The R005 is a machine especially designed to cut collar points and then produce the shirt’s collar lapel.
The cutting is done by two separate blades whose angles of inclination can be adjusted, meaning that the cutting angle can be modified without changing dies or templates.
The machine’s operations are electro-pneumatic, and the phases of the cycle are managed by a
programmable logic controller (PLC).
Production rate: approximately 125 pieces/hour.

SERIE R6100
L’unita’ di stiro ROTONDI mod. R6100, è una macchina appositamente realizzata per la
piegatura dei due cannoli o bordo mezza manica camicia, o comunque di tutte quelle applicazioni nelle quali si richiede un bordo ripiegato con una o due pieghe.
La macchina è dotata di riscaldamento inferiore e superiore elettrico (1450 WATT cadauno)
controllate da due termostati elettronici indipendenti.
La macchina esegue la ripiegatura del cannolo con un sistema incorporato d’aspirazione ad
altissima depressione (2,2kw), senza l’impiego di lamine o spessori, per ottenere una miglior
qualità di piegatura. Vi è la possibilità di inserimento della fliselina (sia adesiva che non) in
aspirazione.
La misura minima e massima del cannolo stirabile sono rispettivamente di 20mm e 70mm, la
variazione della larghezza è un’operazione molto semplice e veloce da effettuare tramite volantino meccanico e scala graduata di riferimento (Foto 1). La lunghezza massima del cannolo stirabile è di circa 850mm.
La macchina è fornita di uno scaricatore automatico, che preleva la parte piegata dopo la stiratura e la impila su di un cavalletto posteriore.
La gestione della macchina è affidata a un controllore logico programmabile (PLC), che gestisce le varie fasi del ciclo: i tempi di stiratura, il conteggio dei pezzi prodotti ed esegue test di
autodiagnosi errori tramite pannello LCD SIEMENS TD200. L’unita’ di stiro mod. R6100 è
dotata di un dispositivo laser per l’allineamento dei tessuti a righe o quadri.
La produzione è mediamente di circa 450 pezzi/ora per tessuti in tinta unita.

R6100
The ROTONDI R6100 model is a machine specially designed for the folding of the two
plackets or of the edges of short shirtsleeves, as well as for all other operations involving
a raised edge folded over once or twice.
The machine is equipped with both lower and upper electric heating elements (1450 WATT
each) controlled by two independent electric thermostats.
The machine folds the placket with a built-in, high-depression (2.2 kw) vacuum system, without using plates or blades, in order to achieve improved folding quality. Interlinings, (both
adhesive and non-adhesive), can also be inserted by vacuum.
The minimum and maximum placket measurements that can be ironed are, respectively, 20
mm and 70 mm. Adjusting the width is a quick and easy operation, thanks to a mechanical
hand wheel and a graded reference scale (Photo 1). The maximum placket length for ironing
is approximately 850 mm.
The machine has an automated unloading unit that picks up the piece following the pressing
and stacks it on a rear rack.
The machine is operated by a programmable logic controller (PLC) that manages the various
phases of the cycle: the pressing times, the count of the pieces turned out and the performance of self-diagnostic tests for errors using a SIEMENS TD200 LCD panel. The R6100 model
pressing machine is also equipped with a laser device for aligning striped and checked fabrics.
Average production is approximately 450 pieces/hour for fabrics in solid colours.

camicerie che necessitano di un’alta qualità e produttivita’ nella piegatura e stiratura del
fessino sulla manica della camicia o del cannoncino della polo.
La macchina è dotata di riscaldamento inferiore e superiore elettrico (1200 WATT cad.) controllato da due termostati elettronici indipendenti.
La macchina esegue la ripiegatura dei fessini con un sistema incorporato di aspirazione ad
altissima depressione (2,2kw), senza l’impiego di lamine o spessori, per ottenere una miglior
qualità di piegatura. Vi è la possibilità di inserimento della fliselina, (sia adesiva che non) in
aspirazione.
Oltre alla ripiegatura del bordo lungo tutto il perimetro, viene effettuata anche la piega centrale per facilitare l’operatore durante la cucitura del fessino sulla manica.
La macchina marca inoltre il segno per il castello di cucitura (segno di riferimento per l’inizio
della cucitura da effettuare nelle successive fasi di lavorazione).
I fessini vengono stirati in coppia (destro e sinistro) e poi scaricati e impilati in automatico su
di un cavalletto posteriore.
Il controllo della macchina è affidato ad un PLC Siemens che gestisce le varie fasi del ciclo,
tempo di stiratura ed esegue test di autodiagnosi errori. Sulla R6200 è installato un laser a
linea per facilitare l’allineamento dei tessuti rigati.
L’unita’ di stiro macchina mod. R6200 permette di stirare ogni misura o disegno di fessino
semplicemente sostituendo la forma superiore, forma inferiore ed estrattore. Dime speciali
possono essere fornite su richiesta.
La produzione è mediamente di circa 300 coppie/ora con tessuti in tinta unita.

SERIE R6200
The ROTONDI R6200 model pressing machine is specially designed for shirts that require
high levels of quality and productivity when it comes to folding and ironing the vent facings on the sleeves of shirts or on the collar openings of polo shirts.
The machine is equipped with both lower and upper electric heating elements (1200 WATT
each) controlled by two independent electric thermostats.
The machine folds the vent facings with a built-in high-depression (2.2 kw) vacuum system,
without using plates or blades, in order to achieve improved folding quality. Interlinings, (both
adhesive and non-adhesive), can also be inserted by vacuum.
In addition to folding the edge along the entire perimeter, the machine also handles the central fold, making it easier for the operator to stitch the vent facing onto the sleeve.
Another feature is the marking of the stitching heading (the starting point for the stitching during the subsequent productions phases).
The vent facings are pressed in pairs (right and left) and then automatically unloaded and
stacked on a rear rack.
The machine is controlled by a Siemens PLC that manages the various phases of the cycle, as
well as the pressing time and the performance of the self-diagnostic tests for errors. The
R6200 is equipped with an on-line laser to facilitate the alignment of striped fabrics.
With the R6200 pressing machine vent facings of any size and design can be pressed simply by replacing the upper form, the lower form or the extractor unit. Special templates supplied upon request.
Average production is approximately 300 pairs/hours for fabrics in solid colours.

SERIE R002
L’unità ROTONDI mod. R002, è una macchina appositamente realizzata, poichè stira lungo
tutto il loro perimetro, per le camicerie o confezioni che necessitano altà qualità di produzione di tasca/tasche camicia, alamari, alette tasca, cannello polo, tasca polo, fessino camicie, toppe e similari in cotone, lana, jersey, fibre sintetiche, pelle, similpelle etc
Per ottenere il massimo della produttività, la R 002 è dotata di due teste di stiratura totalmente
indipendenti con riscaldamento anteriore e posteriore elettrico (1200 Watt cad.) controllate da
due termostati elettronici.
Il funzionamento della macchina è elettropneumatico, mentre il controllo della stessa è affidato
ad un PLC che gestisce le varie fasi del ciclo e permette all’utente di regolare il tempo di stiratura. La pressione di stiratura è regolabile manualmente.
Il cambio forma, semplice e veloce, si effettua sostituendo il “kit stiro” composto da piattello
centrale in acciaio inox, sagoma in alluminio e gomma siliconica.
La produzione oraria della macchina è di circa 350/400 pezzi/ora.

The ROTONDI R002 model is especially designed to iron along the entire perimeter of shirts
or suits that call for high-quality production of pockets/shirt pockets, frogs, pocket flaps,
polo-shirt collar openings and pockets, vent facings on shirts, patches and similar elements
in cotton, wool, jersey, synthetic fibres, leather, artificial leather etc..
R002
For maximum productivity, the R 002 is equipped with two totally independent ironing heads
with front and rear electrical heating (1200 Watt each), operated by two electronic thermostats.
The machine is an electronic-pneumatic device, controlled by a PLC that manages the various
phases of the cycle, allowing the user to adjust the ironing time. The ironing pressure is adjusted manually.
Changing the form is quick and simple, thanks to the “ironing kit”, made of a central plate of
stainless steel and a template of aluminium and silicon rubber.
The machine’s hourly production rate is approximately 350/400 pieces.

Folding plate easily interchangeable and adjustable in terms of width and length.
Operation with sequential pedal:
1. Opening of collar and collar tensioning
2. Lowering of folding plate and insertion of bottom folding templates
3. Exit of bottom folding templates
4. Opening of collar and delayed upward return of bottom folding plate
Sequence reset pedal.
Switch for exclusion of bottom folding.
Switch for excluding opening of collar.
Shelf for holding pins and cardboard.
Fully built of aluminium and stainless steel.
Working surface in smooth, slippery bachelite, with disappearing lengthwise channel for buttons.
