Gigant Industries progetta e produce presse idrauliche da produzione di serie per imbutitura profonda e ad alta velocità a partire da 400 fino a 2500 kN, con capacità di
stampaggio in grado di soddisfare svariati settori industriali e/o loro applicazioni : per
parti in alluminio e parti in acciaio/acciaio inox (automotive, houseware, ed altro) . Più in
generale queste macchine sono prodotte sulla base di specifiche tecniche concordate
appositamente con il cliente. Le presse GIGANT adottano una struttura robusta in acciaio
saldato garantendo così una macchina compatta e stabile capace di ridurre al minimo le
sue deformazioni durante i cicli di lavoro. Le componenti commerciali vengono selezionate tra le migliori di gamma e vengono osservate le normative sulla sicurezza (Cat 3 e
Cat 4). Con la selezione sul pannello di controllo è possibile eseguire: il posizionamento
della tavola mobile e del premi-lamiera a seconda degli stampi, il ciclo manuale per prove di pre-produzione e ciclo semi-automatico per produzione di serie.
Gigant Industries design & manufactures High-speed C-Frames Hydraulic Presses from
400 to 2500 kN for high-rate, deep-drawing processes in several industrial application
areas for Aluminum & Stainless Steel parts. More in general these presses are manufactured on the basis of technical specifications agreed with the individual customer. The
design of the presses adopts a welded & robust steel structure ensuring a compact and
stable machine that reduces to the minimum its deformations during the working cycles.
Commercial components are selected only from the major supplier existing on the market and each press is incorporating all required safety elements to satisfy Cat 3 and Cat
4 Safety Standards. By a simple selection on the machine control panel it is possible
to perform several important tasks, like dies-settings for the Mobile Table and Drawing
Cushion, manual cycling for pre-production trials and Standard Production using the Semi-Automatic Cycling.
