TECNOFILTRI srl è un’azienda specializzata nella progettazione e costruzione di cartucce filtranti e filtri con oltre 25 anni di esperienza nei settori energetici del gas naturale e del petrolio.
Grazie alla collaborazione con le aziende leader di questi settori abbiamo realizzato
cartucce filtranti capaci di trattenere impurità fino a 1 micron.
La continua ricerca di nuovi media filtranti ci ha permesso di utilizzare, a fianco dei
tessuti tradizionali, anche quelli di ultima generazione impiegati nei settori aeronautici
e farmaceutici.
La nostra estrema versatilità e conoscenza delle problematiche del settore ci permette
di rispondere oggi, in tempi estremamente brevi, a qualsiasi richiesta in un ottica qualitativa assoluta.
Ogni nostro prodotto viene controllato rigorosamente durante le fasi di lavorazione e
collaudato al termine del ciclo produttivo, dove avviene l’operazione di marcatura per
l’identificazione del prodotto.
L’emissione di certificati di qualità e quantità e del certificato di garanzia in lingua
inglese, aggiunge alle nostre forniture la necessaria documentazione a soddisfazione
dei nostri clienti.
Nella nostra gamma di cartucce qualsiasi modello può essere modificato nelle dimensioni, rinforzato con l’adozione di supporti di maggior spessore, oppure corazzato per
ottenere una grande resistenza alle pressioni differenziali. Inoltre può essere realizzato
in acciaio inox e quindi rigenerato dopo il lavaggio per essere reimpiegato immediatamente.

TECNOFILTRI srl is a company specialized in the design and construction of filtering
cartridges and filters, with over 25 years of experience in the natural gas and petroleum energy sectors.
Our collaboration with leading companies in these sectors has allowed us to create
filtering cartridges that can trap impurities reaching to 1 micron.

Every one of our products is rigorously inspected during the manufacturing process and
is tested at the end of the production cycle, when the product identification marking is
applied. The issuance of quality and quantity certificates and the warranty certificate
in English ensures that out products have all the documentation necessary to satisfy our
customers.
Any model in our range of cartridges can be altered in terms of its dimensions, and
can be reinforced by using thicker media or armored to achieve very high resistance to
differential pressures. They can also be made in stainless steel, and therefore regenerated after washing and be re-used immediately.

CARTUCCE SERIE UNIFICATA “G”
PER GAS NATURALE DA 5 MICRON
Queste cartucce vengono impiegate per la filtrazione del gas
metano nella cabine di decompressione di 1° - 2° - 3° salto.
Hanno una capacità filtrante di 5 micron ed un grande potere
di accumulo, il tessuto filtrante è certificato BIA-USGC ed è termostabilizzato dal lato di ingresso per un miglior distacco delle
polveri.
Proteggono dall’erosione meccanica delle polveri apparecchiature di regolazione e misura del gas naturale.
STANDARDIZED “G” SERIES CARTRIDGES
FOR 5-MICRON NATURAL GAS
The cartridges are used to filter methane gas in the 1st, 2nd, and
3rd intervals in decompression cabins.
They have a filtering capacity of 5 microns and great accumulating capacity; the filtering fabric is BIA-USGC certified, and
it is thermostabilized from the input side for better removal of
powders.
They protect natural gas regulating and measuring equipment
from mechanical erosion by powders.

Queste cartucce di nuova generazione hanno un’altissima efficienza filtrante e proteggono apparecchiature
come turbine a gas dove non sono ammesse polveri che
possano danneggiare gli organi in movimento.
I tessuti di nuova generazione, certificati BIA-USGC, impiegati nella costruzione, prevedono un trattamento di
teflonatura del setto filtrante che assicura un’assoluta resistenza del materiale alle alte temperature, alla trazione
ed al taglio del tessuto.
Possiedono inoltre un valido potere coalescente in virtù
della teflonatura che impermeabilizza il setto filtrante.
Opportune protezioni antisfondamento garantiscono
pressioni differenziali di impiego molto elevate.
These latest-generation cartridges have extremely high
filtering efficiency and protect equipment such as gas
turbines in which powders than can damage the moving
parts are not permissible.
The next-generation BIA-USCG certified fabrics used in
manufacturing include a Teflon treatment of the filtering
septum that ensures absolute resistance of the material to
high temperatures, traction, and tearing of the material.
They also possess effective coalescent power by virtue of
the Teflon coating that waterproofs the filtering surface.
The proper anti-breach protections guarantee very elevated differential usage pressures.
CARTUCCE SERIE UNIFICATA “G”
PER GAS NATURALE DA 3 MICRON
Queste cartucce vengono prodotte accoppiando due strati di materiali diversi
nell’operazione di plissettatura, uno strato di fiberglass ed uno strato di feltro con
trattamento poliuretanico certificato BIA-USGC.
Si ottiene così una prefiltrazione esterna ed una filtrazione finale interna che
permettono un vasto accumulo di sporco con un intasamento della cartuccia
prolungabile nel tempo.
La cartuccia è notevolmente rinforzata nella struttura per una migliore resistenza
alle sollecitazioni meccaniche.
STANDARDIZED “G” SERIES CARTRIDGES
FOR 3-MICRON NATURAL GAS
These cartridges are produced by pairing two different layers of materials in the
pleating operation: a layer of fiberglass and a layer of felt with BIA-USGC certified polyurethane treatment.
This achieves an external pre-filtering and a final internal filtering that makes it
possible to collect a vast amount of contamination, with cartridge blockage that
can be extended over time.
The structure of the cartridge is noticeably reinforced for better resistance to mechanical stresses.

IN ACCIAIO INOX RIGENERABILI
Queste cartucce sono state sviluppate per assecondare le necessità del cliente di
avere un prodotto rigenerabile sul luogo di manutenzione della centrale gas, permettendo di abbattere i costi della ricambistica.
Le cartucce inox, secondo richiesta del cliente, possono essere prodotte con gradi
di filtrazione da 10 a 1.000 micron e possono essere rinforzate con gabbie interne in piatti di acciaio saldate ed immerse nel collante. Sono lavabili con detergenti
industriali ed acqua e dopo soffiaggio vengono immediatamente reimpiegate.
STANDARDIZED “G” SERIES CARTRIDGES
IN REGENERABLE STAINLESS STEEL
These cartridges have been developed in order to meet clients’ needs for a product that can be regenerated at the gas control unit maintenance location, helping
to lower replacement part costs.
The stainless steel cartridges, upon customer request, can be produced with filtration levels from 10 to 1,000 microns, and can be reinforced with internal cages
in steel plates soldered and immersed in adhesive. They can be washed with
industrial detergents and water, and after blowing can be re-used immediately.
CARTUCCE SERIE UNIFICATA “G”
IN CARTA IMPREGNATA
Queste cartucce vengono realizzate per cabine di media e bassa pressione
dove il processo di purificazione del gas naturale in parte è già avvenuto.
Sono composte da un setto filtrante in carta imputrescibile ed idrorepellente
con una superficie filtrante pari a tre volte le standard con una filtrazione di 20
micron. La loro funzione è quella di proteggere riduttori di pressione a membrana e strumenti di misura posti in armadi ad suo prevalentemente civile.
STANDARDIZED “G” SERIES CARTRIDGES
IN IMPREGNATED PAPER
These cartridges are made for medium- and low-pressure cabins in which the
process of natural gas purification has already partially occurred. They are
composed of a rot-proof and water-repellent filtering septum with a filtering
surface that is three times the standard with 20-micron filtration. Their function is to protect the diaphragm pressure reducers and measuring instruments
placed in cabins for largely civil use.
FILTRI PER GAS METANO
Questi filtri sono impiegati in cabine o armadi a protezione di riduttori di pressione del gas naturale.
Sono certificati “SEP” e possono lavorare sino a pressioni di esercizio di 5 bar.
Vengono prodotti con attacchi da 1”-1”1/2-2” filettati
gas e con la predisposizione al montaggio in linea oppure a squadra.
Hanno una capacità filtrante da 5 a 50 micron con cartucce in feltro certificato oppure con carta impregnata
con resine.
FILTERS FOR METHANE GAS
These filters are used in closets or cabins protecting natural gas pressure reducers.
They are “SEP” certified and can operate up to a working pressing of 5 bar.
They are produced with 1” – 1”1/2 – 2” threaded gas
connectors and predisposed for assembly in line or
square.
They have a filtering capacity from 5 to 50 microns with
cartridges in certified felt or with paper impregnated with
resin.
ACCESSORI PER IMPIANTI GAS
A fianco della produzione di cartucce e filtri, per essere
vicina alle esigenze dei clienti, la nostra società propone alla clientela anche dispositivi per il controllo della
pressione come manometri differenziali, filtri in bronzo
sinterizzato e acciaio inox per impianti pilota. Inoltre fornisce raccordi a saldare e con filetto per collegamenti
tubazioni gas.
ACCESSORIES FOR GAS SYSTEMS
Alongside the production of cartridges and filters, in order to promptly respond to customer demand, our company offers its clientele pressure control devices such as
differential pressure gauges, and sintered bronze and
stainless steel filters for pilot systems. It also provides unions, welded and with thread, for connecting gas tubing.

Tecno Filtri srl complies with the international SA 8000:2001 standard, and in particular declares:
• that it does not make use of or in any way support child labor;
• that it does not make use of or in any way support forced labor, and does not ask personnel to leave deposits or
identity documents upon beginning work;
• that it guarantees a safe and healthy working environment, in compliance with the health standards set by the
competent authorities, and also adopts procedures and methods adequate to prevent accidents and injuries to
health that may occur while performing work or as a consequence of it;
• that is does not use or in any way provide support for corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, or verbal
abuse;
• that it respects the laws and contractual standards defined by collective negotiations, both regarding the duration
of normal working hours (including break periods), and regarding the duration of and additional remuneration
for overtime work;
