Nel caso in cui non si debba sostituire il basamento o
il basamento inferiore, montare la dima per il
centraggio della pompa olio (1). Svitare le viti di
fissaggio della pompa olio. Inclinare leggermente la
pompa verso il lato distribuzione e svincolarla dalla
catena, rimuovere la pompa olio.

If the engine block or lower engine block does not
need to be replaced, fit the oil pump centering
template (1). Undo the bolts securing the oil pump.
Slightly tip the pump towards the timing side and
release it from the chain, remove the oil pump.

moteur ou le bloc moteur inférieur, monter le gabarit

wheels on their respective camshafts centering them

Rimuovere i perni di fasatura. Serrare alla coppia
prescritta (3,3 daNm) le viti di fissaggio delle ruote
dentate di comando degli alberi a camme.
Sostenere il motore con gli attrezzi di supporto tramite
un
sollevatore
idraulico
e
rimuoverlo
momentaneamente dal cavalletto di revisione.
Montare il volano sull’albero motore e serrare le
relative viti di fissaggio alla coppia prescritta (pre
serraggio 2,5÷4,0daNm - serraggio 10÷20daNm +
35÷112°). Posizionare la staffa (1a) di supporto del
sensore di giri motore con l''apposito attrezzo (1b),
inserito fino ad imboccare la sede sul volano. Serrare
alla coppia prescritta le viti di fissaggio della staffa
(2,2daNm).

Remove the timing pins. Tighten the bolts securing
the camshaft command gear wheels to the
recommended torque (3,3 daNm.). Support the
engine with support tools using a hydraulic lift and
momentarily remove it from the overhaul trestle. Fit
the flywheel onto the crankshaft and tighten the
bolts to the recommended torque (Pretightening
2,5÷4,0daNm - Tightening 10÷20daNm + 35÷112°).
Position the rpm sensor mounting bracket (1a) using
the special tool (1b), inserted into the housing on the
flywheel. Tighten the bolts securing the bracket to the
recommended torque (2,2daNm).

puleggia, verificare che la puleggia non sia bloccata
ma libera sull''albero.

dell''albero motore. Far compiere otto giri all''albero
motore nel senso normale di rotazione. Sbloccare la
vite di fissaggio del dispositivo di tensionamento e
operando con cautela portare l''indice del tenditore
(1a) in corrispondenza del foro di riferimento (1b),
quindi serrare a coppia il dado di fissaggio (1c) del
tendicinghia (3,6daNm).

Tighten the bolt fixing the automatic tensioner.
Remove the tools used for timing the camshafts and
the crankshaft. Rotate the crankshaft through eight
revolutions in its direction of rotation. Loosen the bolt
fixing the tensioner and, working carefully, position
the tensioner (1a) reference in line with the reference
opening (1b), then tighten the nut (1c) fixing the belt
tensioner to torque (3,6daNm).

Rotate the crankshaft through two further revolutions in its direction of rotation. Check that the position of the
references remains unchanged, then temporarily refit the tools for timing the camshafts and the crankshaft
for a final check. If the tools do not fit perfectly in the housings or the references on the tensioner have
moved, carry out the belt tension adjustment procedure again.

Faire faire deux autres tours au vilebrequin dans le sens normal de rotation. Vérifier que les aiguilles sont
toujours dans la même position, remettre ensuite provisoirement en place les outils de calage des arbres à
