Material Handling for 2013 ICA Conference Exhibitors
As your official drayage company, we would like to give you the following information. Please do
not send exhibits to the exhibit facility (Monte Frumentario - Assisi), as they are not equipped to
receive and store freight prior to the move in date.
Exhibitor shipments to the Monte Frumentario may be rejected and returned to the sender.
Exhibit Location: Monte Frumentario – Via S.Francesco – Assisi (Italy)
Exhibitor Move-In: Wednesday, July 24, 2013, Noon to 8 PM
Exhibitor Hours: Thursday, July 25 – Saturday, July 27 (all days from 9.00AM to 5.30PM)
All shipments to AIC&Zona Franca must be shipped prepaid (complete and return page 2
of this form). Crated, boxed or skidded shipments should be addressed as indicated on the sample
shipping label provided (see page 3 of this form).
As the drayage company we will provide the following services:
1. Warehouse Shipments: Receive and store shipments up to 20 days prior to event movein date at no extra charge. Freight must be received at least 48 hours before AIC&Zona
Franca set-up time for show on July 24, 2013.
2. Handling to and from Exhibit Hall: €60 per 100 lbs of freight (€60 minimum charge)
each way for delivery and pickup of freight by AIC&Zona Franca between its warehouse
and the Exhibit Hall.)
General Conditions
All shipments should be insured by the Exhibitor from the time they leave the firm until they return
from the show. AIC&Zona Franca is not responsible for shipments left in the booth with no
forwarding instructions. Items will be counted and shipped as they are picked up from the Exhibit
Hall. AIC&Zona Franca will not be responsible for damage to uncrated or improperly packed items,
any concealed damage, loss or theft after they have been delivered to the booth or before they have
been picked up for loading from the Exhibit Hall. AIC&Zona Franca is not responsible for damage
during shipping by third party (i.e.; Yellow Freight, UPS). The maximum liability is 30 cents of euro
per pound per article. At the close of show where carriers fail to pick up or refuse to accept
shipments, AIC&Zona Franca reserves the right to re-route shipments.
Where no disposition is provided, material may be hauled to our warehouse pending advice from
the Exhibitor who will be charged accordingly for this service. No liability will be assumed as a
result of such re-routing or handling. AIC&Zona Franca reserves the right to designate the Freight
Carrier. If a preferred carrier is requested, we will ship with that carrier if at all possible. If you have
a preference to a carrier, please fill out that information on the following page.
