FIT EXPRESS is a fitness centre located opposite the Doria Grand
Hotel. It is open 24 hours a day and for 7 days a week.
Equipped by Technogym, the undisputed leader in its field, the centre
offers 400 m sq to exercise in :
- 200m sq for Cardiac exercises with 6 treadmills, 3 wave, 2 step and
4 bike machines.
- 150m sq dedicated to other muscular activities, as well as a vibrating
platform for passive gymnastics and Sun lamp which are FREE of
CHARGE and with no time limits.
- Dedicated area for personal training regimes.
Hotel guests who are also ADI card holders will have the following benefits :
1 day (of your choosing) for 10 € instead of 15 €
For 5 or more days, the daily fee will be 8 € instead of 15 €
NB : In order to activate your card for the first time only, the client is asked to either visit the hotel
reception at any time or to go to the fitness centre at the following times :
From Monday to Friday : From 10.00am to 2.00pm and from 4pm to 8.30pm
On Saturday : From 10.00am to 2.30pm
Sunday : Only through the hotel reception
