Full renovation of a five-levels
historical building, Orvieto.
Realization of a complex of
apartments by the emptying of a
building located in the historic fabric
of the medieval town.
The difficulty of the project
consisted in the articulation of openspaces and modern facilities within
a structure with large load-bearing
walls.
In the ground floor was designed a
pub and even maintaining a view
of the original vaulted ceiling, the
spases were modernized featuring
the architecture with fake wooden
vaults backlit so standardize and
streamline scenically volumes.

Outline project of an extension
of the shopping Mall of “Porta
Garibaldi” train station starting from
the hypothesis
of realizzation of a car park plate
over the platform and rails.
The idea above allowed to create
an important new access place on
the first floor and expanded the
commercial areas at every level of
the building. Another important
consequence was the birth of an
opportunity to protect a huge area
in front of the existing facade on the
ground floor.

through the elimination of the non
omogeneities and superfetations
introduced over the years.
Particular attention was paid to
restoration and enhancement of
the facade and main hall, with the
inclusion of lighting and spider glass
full-length windows, designed and
conceived ad hoc for client, but
also the rebuilding of the plaster in
public spaces and in the underpass.
Floor-city, the main Hall is renewed
in the flooring, finishes and the
above mentioned new lighting
system increase comfort and
improve the overall image of the
environment.
The new ceiling and the most
suitable lighting underpass make
the transition more comfortable and
safe for users.
