We believe in Slow Food, as opposed to fast food, and strive to serve you only original recipes from the
Italian tradition. All our ingredients are local and we freshly prepare all our sauces, soups, our own
bread and some of our pastas, and all our pastries.
We apologize in advance if some of the dishes you will be eating do not reflect exactly what you usually
get in your own country. But we have made the choice of no compromises and only original taste.
Should you be unsatisfied with any of your choices, please do not hesitate to let a member of the staff
know, and we will provide you with an alternative.
