studio del componente da idroformare.
Questo è fatto con appositi software di
simulazione e modellazione.
The process starts with the modelling and
analysis of the parts that have
to be hydroformed.
This is done by means
of special simulation and modelling
software programmes.
Dal modello del componente si progetta
l’attrezzatura e lo stampo.
Fino alla sua realizzazione all’interno
delle nostre officine.
The equipment and mould are designed taking
into account all the stages, from the model
to the part, and then manufactured internally
in our workshops.
È possibile realizzare stampi multifigura
ed integrare anche delle lavorazioni
meccaniche aggiuntive.
We are also able to design moulds for multiple
formats and perform additional mechanical
machining operations.

We can supply dedicated and high performing equipment for single parts or flexible models
that can be used with several accessories to machine different parts.
Le pressioni di idroformatura ottenute dai nostri
iniettori partono da 150 fino a 4000 bar
The hydroforming pressures that can be
achieved with our injectors range from a
minimum of 150 to a maximum of 4000 bars.
