Presentation of IDD, its activities and results.
Presentation of results of 1st Survey of project by IDD (see annex).
Discussion on the survey results: decision to analyze the results of 1st Survey of project for
each Country/Area.
Next steps and responsabilities:
a) Provincia di Pesaro e Urbino prepares and disseminates a press release about results
of 1st Survey of project;
b) IDD prepares and sends to all partners an excel file to analyze results of 1st Survey for
each Country/Area.
2 Presentation of a draft of the 2nd questionnaire concerning ICT tools prepared by IDD and
tested by FAE Burgos.
Definition of the final version of the 2nd questionnaire concerning ICT tools (see annex)
dealing with:
- Definition of the general objective: to identify and improve existing digital tools to support
and develop business idea.
- Definition of the specific objectives:
a) describe the profile of young people including how they have contacted with
entrepreneurship before;
b) identify the best ICT tools that young people use to gain entrepreneurial skills and or
develop your business ideas;
c) compare results of 2nd Survey with results of 1st Survey.
- Definition of the two different target group:
a) 1st target group: young entrepreneurs (18 to 30 years old) who started their own
business in the last 3 years.
Diffusion: 10 to 15 questionnaires for each partner, by face to face interview.
b) 2nd target group: young people who are professionalizing in entrepreneurial thinking:
- who has an intention (to be entrepreneur);
- who has developed an idea;
- who has written a business plan.
Diffusion: 10 to 15 questionnaires for each partner, by face to face interview (try to balance
between all the categories (student, new graduate, unemployed, employed).
Next steps and responsabilities:
1) Slovenian partner organizes the questionnaire in electronic support within the 7th of
April;
2) All partners collect data and put them in electronic support within the 23rd of May;
3) Turkish partner organizes data analysis and write final Survey within the 9th of June.

Communication and diffusion session
3 Presentation of different instruments concerning communication and dissemination
activities of results of project.
Particularly, instruments presented:
- Web site of project;
- Facebook and Twitter concerning project;
- Google drive, where put on different materials of project;
- Skype for communication between partners.
Presentation evaluation report by Dutch partner.
