13 contacts to cover 43 weeks in 2015: 5 new contacts (PhD students).

Remote Support for Run II
Most of the Knowledge is based at home institutes in ~ 20 experts.
Fraction devoted to operation oscillates a lot [10, 50] %.
Some of them covers crucial areas in the day to day operation
Some of them carry an advisor role (in case of problems)
