entrances, created by a ten years technical and commercial experience, headquartered in the Abruzzo region (Italy),
the structure has 800 m2 of warehouse with 1000 m2 of outdoor area, located very close to the highway exit of
West Pescara (Airport area).
Our large experience with the proven professional management led APRITECH to be a benchmark for the companies of this sector: our high degree of professionalism and the continuous technological innovation allow us to

AVVERTENZE GENERALI
L’impianto deve essere realizzato esclusivamente con componenti APRITECH. Ogni impianto deve
essere realizzato nell’osservanza delle norme di Buona Tecnica e di sicurezza vigenti (Normative
Europee EN 12453-EN 12445).
APRITECH inoltre, declina ogni responsabilità dovuta all’inosservanza delle norme di sicurezza.
APRITECH non è responsabile del rispetto della Buona Tecnica nella costruzione degli infissi da
motorizzare, nonché delle deformazioni che dovessero intervenire nell’utilizzo.
APRITECH si riserva il diritto di apportare, in qualunque momento e senza impegnarsi ad aggiornare
la presente pubblicazione, le modifiche che essa ritiene convenienti per miglioramenti tecnici o per
qualsiasi altra esigenza di carattere costruttivo o commerciale.
CONDIZIONI DI VENDITA STANDARD
Consegna
Il termine di consegna, indicato sulla conferma d’ordine, è indicativo, pertanto non costituisce condizione essenziale del contratto.
I prodotti sono venduti Franco Stabilimento, intendendosi con tale termine sia la Sede di San Giovanni Teatino (CH).
Rimangono comunque a carico dell’acquirente tutti i rischi derivanti dal trasporto, anche nel caso
eventuale in cui sia pattuito un diverso termine di resa. Il trasporto può essere assicurato a richiesta
esplicita dell’acquirente, con spese a suo carico.
I reclami per merce mancante o danneggiata devono essere fatti immediatamente per iscritto sulla
bolla di accompagnamento e controfirmati dal trasportatore.
Pagamenti
Sugli importi dovuti e non pagati dall’acquirente nei termini convenuti, APRITECH si riserva il diritto
di addebitare gli interessi di mora, salvo ed impregiudicato il diritto al risarcimento di ulteriori danni
e spese.
APRITECH si riserva il diritto di sospendere le forniture in caso di pagamento dilazionato, in ogni
caso in cui rilevi irregolarità o ritardi nei pagamenti, o qualora l’ammontare complessivo dell’esposizione dell’acquirente ecceda il limite di fido assegnato all’acquirente stesso, a giudizio insindacabile
di APRITECH.
Reclami
Ogni eventuale reclamo dovrà pervenire a APRITECH entro il termine tassativo di 8 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, non si accettano resi di merce se non preventivamente autorizzati da APRITECH
in porto assegnato. Prodotti resi che per ipotesi dovessero pervenire a APRITECH senza preventiva
autorizzazione verranno inderogabilmente rifiutati e rispediti al mittente.
Garanzia
APRITECH garantisce il materiale fornito per 24 mesi dalla data d’installazione, purché venga
regolarmente certificata da un documento fiscale valido (fattura o scontrino fiscale con bolla di
accompagnamento), riportante gli estremi dei prodotti installati. In mancanza del documento di
vendita APRITECH riconoscerà 24 mesi di garanzia dalla data di produzione.
La garanzia consiste nella riparazione o sostituzione gratuita delle parti riconosciute difettose nella
fabbricazione ad insindacabile giudizio di APRITECH. APRITECH presta la garanzia tramite la propria
rete di vendita autorizzata. Il materiale in garanzia deve essere spedito in Sede Operativa in porto
franco e verrà rispedito in porto assegnato. Il materiale sostituito rimarrà di proprietà APRITECH.
Non è riconosciuto alcun indennizzo per il periodo d’inoperatività dell’impianto. L’intervento non
prolunga il termine di durata della garanzia. APRITECH si riserva il diritto di non prestare la garanzia
qualora l’impianto non sia costituito totalmente da componenti forniti da APRITECH, o nel caso in
cui l’acquirente sia inadempiente nel pagamento.
Resta inteso che la validità della garanzia è subordinata al rispetto delle specifiche d’uso dei prodotti indicate nel presente listino.
Non soggetti a garanzia
• Avarie o danni causati dal trasporto
• Avarie o danni causati da vizi dell’impianto elettrico e/o da trascuratezza, negligenza o inadeguatezza dell’impianto all’uso al quale è destinato e in ogni caso da uso anomalo.
• Avarie o danni dovute alla manomissioni da parte di personale non autorizzato o all’impiego di
componenti non di produzione APRITECH, e/o pezzi di ricambio non originali
• Difetti causati da agenti chimici o fenomeni atmosferici
• Il materiale di consumo
• Gli interventi per le verifiche e l’accertamento egli eventuali vizi o difetti, imputabili da APRITECH,
nel caso di esito negativo
WARNINGS
The installation must be done only through APRITECH components. Each installation must be made
in compliance with the Good Workmanship and safety standards (European Regulations EN 12453EN 12445).
APRITECH also disclaims any liability due to the non-compliance with safety regulations. APRITECH
is not responsible neither for compliance with the Good Workmanship in the construction of gates,
doors and windows to be motorized, nor for any deformation that may occur during the use.
APRITECH reserves the right to make, at any time and without being obliged to update the present
publication, the changes which it considers appropriate for technical improvements or for any other
construction or commercial requirement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery
The delivery time on the order confirmation is indicative, therefore it does not constitute an essential
condition of the contract.
The products are sold in carriage forward from the Headquarters of San Giovanni Teatino (CH).
All the risks arising from the transportation are paid by the buyer, even if a different delivery time
has been agreed. Shipping can be insured on explicit request of the buyer in carriage forward.
Claims for missing or damaged products must be made in writing on the delivery note and countersigned by the courier immediately.
Payments
On the due amounts and not paid by the buyer within the agreed time, APRITECH reserves the right
to charge the overdue interest, except the right to compensation for further damages and costs.
APRITECH reserves the right to suspend deliveries in case of deferred payment, in case of detection
of irregularities or delays in payment, or when the total amount of the buyer’s credit exceeds the
credit limit granted to the involved buyer, at the sole discretion of APRITECH.
Claims
Any claim must be received by APRITECH within 8 days from the receipt of products. Returned
products are not accepted unless previously authorized by APRITECH in carriage forward. Returned
products sent to APRITECH without previous authorization will be sent back and returned to the
sender without making any exceptions.
Warranty
APRITECH guarantees the products for 24 months from the date of installation, if they are regularly
certified by a valid fiscal document (invoice or sales receipt with delivery note), showing the extremes of the installed products. In absence of sales documents APRITECH recognizes 24 months
warranty from the date of manufacture.
The warranty covers the free repair or replacement of the parts recognized as having manufacturing
defects at the sole discretion of APRITECH. APRITECH provides the warranty through its own authorized sales network. The product under warranty must be sent carriage-free to the Headquarters
and will be sent back in carriage forward. The replaced product will remain property of APRITECH.
It is not recognized any compensation for the downtime of the system. The operation does not
extend the warranty period. APRITECH reserves the right to not provide the warranty if the system is
not totally composed by components supplied by APRITECH, or if the buyer is in default of payment.
The validity of the warranty is subject to the respect of the specifications of use of the products
mentioned in this price list.
Cannot be guaranteed:
• Failures or damages caused during the shipment.
• Failures or damages due to the defects of the electrical system and/or due to the carelessness,
negligence or inadequacy of the electrical system to the use for which it was designed and its
abnormal use.
• Failures or damages due to the tampering by unauthorized personnel or the use of components
not produced by APRITECH and/or not original spare parts.
• Defects caused by chemical agents or atmospheric phenomena.
• The wear of the materials.
• Interventions for the verification and detections of defects or damages attributable to APRITECH,
in case of negative result.
L’Utente Finale usufruisce della Garanzia sul Prodotto APRITECH esclusivamente tramite il proprio
Venditore/Installatore, che a sua volta garantisce anche l’installazione, le attività correlate (opere murarie, elettriche, fabbrili) e la conformità alle Direttive Europee, rilasciando apposita documentazione.
Qualora l’Utente Finale sia riconosciuto come Consumatore, la predetta garanzia del Venditore / Installatore è regolamentata in Italia dalle vigenti norme previste in materia dal Dlgs. 206/05 (“Codice
del consumo”). Salvo quanto previsto dalle presenti condizioni di garanzia, resta espressamente
escluso il diritto di regresso del Venditore / Installatore nei confronti di APRITECH.
The End User takes advantage of the Warranty on the APRITECH Products only through his Seller/
Installer, who also provides the installation, the related activities (building, electrical, and manual
works) and the conformity with the European Regulations, releasing the appropriate documentation.
If the End User is recognized as a Consumer, the above-mentioned warranty of the Seller/Installer is
regulated in Italy by the current regulations provided by the Legislative Decree 206/05 (“Consumer
Code”). Except what provided in these terms and conditions of warranty, it is expressly excluded the
right of recourse of the Seller/Installer against APRITECH.

Il presente listino entra in vigore a partire dalla data riportata sulla copertina. I prezzi sono espressi
in euro, al netto di I.V.A. APRITECH si riserva il diritto di modificare in qualsiasi momento il presente
listino, dandone opportuno preavviso.
